1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 homemade simple syrup
1/2 egg whites

77 Sunny and warm the last day of summer!

62 and sunny good luck to the O's and Phillies. Phillies have a huge task against the Braves. Should be a fun weekend and to see Fall again on the baseball diamond makes it even more special.

Late nooner 81 and sunny for Game 2.

Yeah, basically I won't believe we'll get another good snowy winter until I am shoveling for the 5th time a season. I've not touched a snow shovel in 3 years.
Get ready you will need to this year.

One thing seems to be holding though... we are going to enter our first legit period of cool/colder weather. The theme of that ULL sitting above us for a few days looks to deliver a colder period, and would not surprise me to hear the "first flakes flyin" posts for some in the NE/lakes region. VERY marginal temps, but elevations can work their magic.
Its all getting ready for our Halloween Snowstorm.

Weather wise we are very similar to exactly 16 years ago today back in 2007 when the Phillies played their 1st post season game since 1993. For those 2 games at home high temps in Philly were in the 80's. Here in East Nantmeal we recorded highs of 78.6 and 79.6 on the 3rd and 4th. Hopefully the results are different as the Phillies were swept in 3 games by the Rockies. Our Indian Summer weather should continue through the week before a sharp turn to well below normal by the weekend. High temperatures both Sunday and Monday may not escape the mid-50's.Records for today: High 91 (1919) / Low 26 (1899) / Rain 1.21" (1985) GO PHILLIES!

Phillies should have a nice 3 days of spring weather and then fall comes back!

It is the first step in the progression....showing up on the 10+ days means it is coming some time. That is still first half of October so would not be too shabby,
Yep all good, just joking around.

Definitely possible I think both the Phillies and O's have an uphill battle.

Haha! Well, App St. actually has a very proud history and have dominated the Division 1-A field in the past. In my 33 games that I've attended in person, I'm 33-0 now. The App. State game was easily the closest we came to losing. App. St. took the lead with 1 minute left before McSorley took the team down the field to tie it, then won it in OT.
Remember the game. Awesome to win and your right about being dominate App state did it without paying a coach 10 years for million of dollars. Time for this coach to step it up or wait a year since there will be more teams in the payoffs next year.

No Iowa fans super close to us but I think about that every year...when fans come in from the visiting school, what are they thinking? We were at the PSU-App St. game back in 2018. We had Mountaineer fans all around us, and it was one of the best events I've been to. A LOT of super classy people from Boone, NC were in attendance and it was so much fun conversing with them. They were gawking the entire day at the PSU atmosphere.
Too bad they weren't gawking at our playoff history.
