  1. Actually last winter was decent..or average. A "39 March definitely saved that winter. I had 109" which lines up with the data from CLE https://www.weather.gov/cle/Climate_Snowfall_2017-18
  2. Lol I wish! There's no saving this winter, but one last big dog would be nice. Had a half inch or so the past few mornings that melt quickly. A few inches on the ground in Chardon.
  3. Bummer. Be lucky to cross 50" at this point. Though there always seems to be a decent March storm or two.
  4. Agreed, definitely ready for warmer outdoor weather. How much do you think fell? I'm out of town.
  5. We may set a record for fastest rain after accumulating snow tomorrow morning lol. Not really sure what to expect. Nam is trending north with the snow. Could be a few inches or nothing.
  6. Sorry to see you go, definitely enjoyed your posts Stop back by every now and then!
  7. Ya I was surprised as well as no models were really showing anything like that. The arws show just a few inches. O well, rain again tomorrow anyways.
  8. Ya and we get to do it again on Thursday! It sure was slick this morning, didn't expect that. Wonder how the lake effect will be tonight? Up to 5" in the point forecast.
  9. Picked up 1.25" yesterday evening. What a crazy week..rain tomorrow, then snow Weds, then back to rain.
  10. Not at home this weekend, but looks like a few inches fell overnight. What a terrible pattern for the next week. Hopefully something changes soon.
  11. The warm-up sun - Tues will sure feel nice. Hopefully we can reset things and get more snowy in a week or so.
  12. Spot on, definitely a lack luster winter so far. Who knows..maybe some milder temps next week can break up the ice some. The lack of any substantial lake effect for us has hurt. Current season snowfall at 44".... We're not far off from last year at this time , but a big March saved us last year.
  13. Came home to 2.5" of new snow from last night. Very high ratio fluff.
  14. Had an additional.75" last night. Nickel and diming this week.
  15. That was from last night, slightly more reserved tone this morning. West winds would favor closer to the lakeshore and PA.
  16. 1.5" new snow overnight. Definitely feels and looks like deep winter.
  17. About 11" is what I'm coming up with. Definitely hard to measure. The drifting is definitely the worst I've seen in years around here. The one day warmup and rain on Wednesday will really turn everything to a glacier.
  18. Haven't been home yet, but webcam shows a white out. That lake effect band looks fun!
  19. I'm staying on the west side for the weekend so I'll get a measurement from home tomorrow evening. For now, about 3.5" near Elyria, very hard to measure with alot of drifting.
  20. Updated snow graphic from CLE 12-18 for most of ne Ohio. Nice turn of events for us.
  21. Things seem to be looking a little better this morning. Definitely doesn't seem any worse. Nam trying to come north with the deformation band.
  22. I didn't realize the euro was that favorable. 1" mean qpf would be great with or without great ratios.
  23. 1" new snow overnight. Hopefully this morning model runs trend better than last night.
  24. Thanks ohweather, seems very reasonable. I'm definitely interested in seeing the short range models tomorrow. Hopefully the trends are on our side.
  25. I would think the meso short range models would be the ones to pay attention to and that generally pick up on the lake involvement.
