Just a random question, how does the northern half of Florida (let’s say north of Orlando) compare to the southern part as far as severe weather frequency? Or is there no appreciable difference? thanks for any response

Where have the severe outbreaks in the middle of the country gone this year? Seems to be very quiet. I can’t even vicariously live through those.

I remember a beauty of a storm that went from rain to heavy wet snow in late March of ‘83 or ‘84 which started with a tornado outbreak in the southeast. A tree in our yard was taken out and landed on my dads car in the driveway lol
