Thanks, yeah I’m at 650ft in Tolland so not quite Kevin’s 1k but some elevation at least.

What do you think the approximate snow ratios might be for areas in Northern CT?

What are your thoughts about 650ft in Tolland compared to Kevin at 1k? Currently 35° here.

New map is indeed better for eastern hills and looks a lot like the HREF Also the last 2 RGEM runs have put a bullseye right over Kevin’s house for some reason:

HREF and Euro look better in NE CT (also GFS, RGEM, and 6z HRRR) so I wonder if BOX shifts a bit south with their next map.

Radar looks good but having a hard time with dry air up in Tolland, no flakes here yet. 33/25

Better than 12z… Good to see 18z and 00z trend a bit north and more amped at least.

Yeah ratios appear to be lower than 10:1 in most areas of CT at least according to Kuchera. They’re riding the 00z HREF… also not sure why BOX can’t fix the locations of the towns on the map.

BOX isn’t buying the trend apparently or they’re just going with the HREF
