Really upsetting how that season just shut off snow wise in late February. The pattern was just to suppressive in March as the TPV was north of Maine

I don’t really remember reading people calling for a ssw until recently. I think the hit on the Strat to start February lead to the blocking/cold we had most recently. But it’s failure to actually be more then that killed the rest of February.

I would go C- for most of the reasons you posted above. It got cold the day after Thanksgiving and stayed that way for the winter outside the week after Christmas. We also had stuff to track (unfortunately little snow to show for it) for most of the winter.
