    I think collectively everyone’s bar is very low for this winter. I hope to get a surprise or two but if not it won’t be disappointing considering the expectations

    Yesterday afternoon (11/6), the New Brunswick National Weather Service Cooperative station reached a high temperature of 82°. Not only is this a record for the date, but it is also the warmest temperature ever recorded so late into the fall and ties for the warmest November temperature. Only November 1st and 2nd, 1952 and November 4, 2003, all at 82°, have been as warm. Highs of 80° have been observed on November 3, 1982, and November 9, 2020. No day has recorded an 81° high. Records at this station date back to 1896.
