    It’s been a wild three days around my area. Can’t really complain much if i miss out the rest of the summer. Wednesday evening was probably some of the wildest lightning and thunder I have ever seen/heard

    Had over a inch last night with close to 3 just to my south. We have gotten a lot of rain here locally over the last 3 days

    Interesting stat by upton this evening. Every two years we get a 4 days heatwave and a 6 day heatwave hasn’t happen since 1952. This climate is changing

    Yeah, it’s still hot but a little more bearable with a lower dew point. I always like to challenge myself during the heatwave with longer runs. Even more now with the gyms still closed

    Hot today but miles better then yesterday IMO

    74 degree water at the end of the Ambrose channel yesterday in 75ft deep water. That’s warm for that far out
