    Lots of truth to what you have been posting lately. It’s nice that we finally took advantage of a below normal week with some moisture. I just hate the fact we are going into the same jet ext/pattern as we did to start the winter which took a month and two weeks to give us one cold week.

    Surface temps and accumulation will be a bigger issue for the city then back in 3/98. I doubt the city can get a big March storm anymore without artic air
