    How would you grade this winter (Dec, Jan, Feb) as a whole? I give it a B- only because January had virtually no snow and there was no real cold air (single digits for NYC) this entire winter. My apologies if I missed previous posts like this.

    -4 dew point at my station now in Sheepshead Bay. RH of 17% Temp of 38.

    Winds starting to pick up as of 1pm. Gusting to low-mid 30 mph range at the area airports. Dew points mainly in the mid to upper teens.
