  1. Copic getting in for another near death experience I am sure, but the shot looks good so far. https://livestormchasing.com/chasers/brandon.copic
  2. It's as textbook of a tornadic sup on reflectivity as you will see. Incredible.
  3. Copic is trying to chase this thing in awful terrain with terrible visibility. Going to end up trying to get himself killed for a second time today.
  4. For a period of time it was headed right at him, luckily it jogged a bit north.
  5. Incredible footage at the moment. https://livestormchasing.com/chasers/brandon.copic
  6. https://livestormchasing.com/chasers/brandon.copic On the SHelby Co cell.
  7. Nothing obvious on the ground from his stream, but a big, ground scraping rotation
  8. Brandon Clement looking right in that direction. https://livestormchasing.com/chasers/brandon.copic
  9. Yep, CC drop again. Clement appears to be in a good spot to intercept based on his location, but I have no clue about topography.
  10. Yep, here we go again. Tightening back up with a CC drop.
  11. CC would indicate this thing is still OTG, or there is an insane amount of suspended debris. edit: and immediately after i hit "post", the next scan shows things lessening a bit.
  12. Still have a nice couplet and a ton of debris evident on CC
  13. Incredible G2G and debris sig on standard radar. Wow. Absolute beast on the ground.
  14. Tightening back up just to the SE of the previous rotation
  15. You know its going to be one of those days when the light rain showers are rotating broadly.
  16. Rapid clearing across the high risk sector this morning. The gun is locked and loaded.
  17. Because why not go from the mid-70's back into a mid-20's pattern...
  18. The one "Big Dog" I have been on and it fell into my lap. I was getting some work done on the truck and could see it out the window, so I dropped the jack and took off. Followed it for awhile until it crossed 39 and the road got clogged heavily with other chasers driving like absolute madmen. Decided I had seen enough and getting in an accident wasn't worth any more photos.
  19. I usually as looking for the first hints of spring around masters weekend, but I think another 4-6 weeks is probably realistic for a green up (provided we dont have a significant warm spell).
  20. My cousins are linemen out that way, so I saw via facebook that they had quite a job in front of them. Must have gotten some serious accretion on the elevated surfaces.
