    91 here and storms been dancing around us all day but so far just 0.01

    Hit 91 here, had a storm and got .53" in about 20 minutes. All within the first 20 minutes of work.

    I don't think the pattern is as bleak as you are saying especially for ridge riding MCSs, though I do think Iowa may be too far south in this case with the ridge starting to flex its muscles a bit.

    Absolutely love being in the western part of the Eastern Time Zone, sun comes up around 6am and goes down around 9:15pm in summer and 8AM/5PM in winter.

    With an ongoing MCS and maintenance of it being sustained, I just don't get it. I am truly baffled by that outlook.

    Lets just hope we don't get a northwestern Gulf of Mexico tropical system this year, we may never recede at that rate.

    This is at the southern end of St Clair river, where my grandparents live. I have never in my lifetime seen water this high there.

    Tbh I'm fine with them losing, this is a lost system so pile on the rocks as we head to the bottom of the sea.
