  1. The warning is showing up on GR2 and Radarscope which is pretty cool.
  2. Above normal for all the major cities in the east, color me shocked. He should just issue this forecast every year September 1st.
  3. It has been wet and seasonably mild that's about it. Though that is down here, up north it has been the opposite.
  4. Now do 10/31 to 11/21 added in since you cherry picked the only warm period since snow started falling.
  5. Wasn't quite that cool but that really is the only other instance I can remember under 50 degrees.
  6. They better be banking on a wet end of the month because it looks like a fat sack of ZzZzZs for the first half of the month
  7. 49kt max at DTW earlier with the showers that passed through.
  8. Locally it is true since the late 70s. snowy November has equaled a less snowy December since the late 70s locally. Before than it is more mixed.
  9. Of course we get this now and not in the spring when we would have some instability.
  10. The concern I have with that mean is that it might be too far east for most here with the trough axis. I guess we will see but I don't want to jump into a nor'Easter bonanza while we shut down.
  11. All the interesting shit evaporated, so did everyone.
  12. This would help us destroy our November snowfall record. Lock it in.
  13. Bottomed out at 7 here at DTW before the clouds moved in at 4AM.
  14. 25 here smashing 31 set back in 1995. Also 1 off the record low of 16 with several hours to go, currently 23/08 tomorrow mornings record is 12, we are forecast to go down to 6. 6 would be the earliest single digit low on record for winter season and 5th coldest record low in November.
  15. RGEM was the one model that was highest with the totals. The NAMs at day 2 caught on but overall the american guidance got destroyed with this one.
  16. Yep that would make sense. Let's see if we can add .6" of penny fluff tonight to break the all time nov snowstorm total.
  17. DTW per NWS local storm reports had DTW at 7.6" at 7pm and ASOS measured .05" liquid since then so it is at least 8.0" maybe 8.5".
  18. 7.8" is my grand total, might pick up a penny or two with the lake effect flurries.
  19. It was bad and the Euro was money. I can't say ignore but it certainly isn't off to a good start.
