  1. Plattsburgh Pauly gonna win. Models sucking this year. Good 50-100 miles N with the big precip.
  2. How does wrap stop with an LP in the Catskills? This winter.... currently getting f-ed with dry slot.
  3. Some poor bastard in N NJ is gonna see the 12k snowfall and truly believe they’re getting a foot. Sorry son, your upper level is all liquid. Sleet for them. FRZ rain if ur lucky.
  4. He 22 looking good. Can I get an Amen? LP deeper and maybe a smudge (Keyboard fingerprint?) further north. Of course we gotta remember NAM bias NW.
  5. Can’t we just get an easy one? Lake shore qpf AND precip type issues. I guess p-type dont matter if u ain’t got any precip. Am I gonna get scolded for negativity? Lol. XXOO
  6. Close to a phase. It runs over SC instead of FLA- improvement!?! Lol. Xmas Eve miracle? Obviously, lots needs to happen. It’s still on the table. Torch looking waaay more likely.
  7. It’s a whiff for BUF and Roc. Don’t trust the NAM qpf- it’s always too far north and too high. Another one...The fingerlakes elevation horse farms are getting all my snow. Do we have any Mennonites on here?
  8. GFS spitting out a decent snowfall. Advisory for many.
  9. Classic mini SYRACUSE band ongoing. The reason they always end up with that stupid shovel or golden snowball or whatever it is.
  10. NAM and Icon took a little hop north. RGEM south. Maybe get enough to cover all the mud from the last blockbuster.
  11. A little negativity is bound to creep in with some of the sheet we’ve had to endure. Let’s be honest, Matt’s had a bad run of luck. He literally moved for snow. Not a lot of people THAT invested in the white stuff. Couple tough misses tho. Im with freak on the next one- looks like a whiff; but, with my track record ya ought to figure on opposite thing happening. I’m like opposite George.
  12. Post storm (Monday/Tuesday), the winds look to be N/NW. Could be interesting for south shore. XMas Eve time frame still bears watching. East coast storm a possibility. I’m reaching guys!
  13. BUF did a really good job. As did the GFS Operational (the members were mostly too cold). NAM was too cold. You’re 100%, analogs were on the money! ICON was ok.
  14. Couldn’t agree more. Freak saw the temp issues. I just focused on track, qpf and a classic HP over the dakotas. On paper this thing was golden for WNY- except for the low levels being off by 3-4F. Fu.. ME!!
  15. I got my hopes up way too big. What a dud. It still kills me that a setup like this could fall on its face. live and learn. I’m a moron. I hear there’s another one coming?!?!?
  16. Radar showing a nice fill throughout WNY. A big storm like this sometiholds it’s backend for a while. HRR has been advertising
  17. Finally! Just got a report from my dad, 1/2” in Pittsford. Just imagine if we were a couple degrees colder. What a waste! Beats nothing
  18. IAG and BUF are down to 32. Couple degrees cooler than expected. Hopefully we can eek out the back end. Snowing like crazy in southern Monroe County. Raining like hell in north Monroe County (with ice crystals mixed in). Hahaha. Guess where I am. Lol.
  19. My experience has been if Roc switches, so do I. IAG has been struggling- not a good sign.
