  2. The geographical coverage, west to east, is rather skimpy with these. It’ll be a feast or famine kind of deal. Hopefully, all of us get a little love with the CF passage for our beloved white Christmas. And Rochester gets murdered Bingham Style.
  3. Love these waves along fronts. It’s the only way Gennessee valley ever see’s snow with CF’s. Another watcher!
  4. Some of the hardest hit regions weren’t even in headlines just 48 hours ago. It really moved. Wow
  5. UKIE and ICON did do well. ICON was the first to show the NW move. It over did it a bit, at times, but I think it deserves recognition.
  6. Yep! It’s our first chance in 2 years. Open the floodgates because Matt is gone! Lol
  7. I feel like 6 months is a long time! My buddy sent this from Ballston Spa. 27”
  8. They had 3 feet in Spring of 17. But yeah, they don’t get killed that often.
  9. I was never impressed with the set up. Goes to show! And btw, GFS really crapped the bed on this one. Consistently showed everything much, much further south and west. The big city weenies got screwed. Again.
  10. It’s one for the ages. As much as I’m jealous I’m glad we have members (some new) who cashed in BIG TIME!!!
  11. Yeah. He goes overboard every time. I ended up with less than 2” here on the lake shore. He posted that UKie map showing me getting 12” like 5 times.
  12. Starting to get in on some decent enhancement here on the south shore. Like half inch an hour stuff- seems hardly worth mentioning with the stuff happening in Binghamton and Albany.
  13. I was thinking about this too. This ended up being 100 miles north of where it had been forecast for a solid week
  14. Rochester stopped snowing at like 2am as the wind shifted NW. Syracuse continued to have mode snow until like 10am the next morning. Hours after every other station had ceased to report snow.
  15. You’re at the pivot point. The sweet spot!! It’s the most impressive synoptic feature I’ve ever seen. Been obsessed with synoptic snow storms for 40 years. This takes the cake bro
  16. Insane. It’s more than we had March 93 in Rochester. That band is a buzz saw
  17. There will be some silly totals out of Binghamton. I’ll bet they make a run at 30”. It is like that Spring storm in 17. Except the NW areas got left out.
  18. The way that band is pivoting around Binghamton is just gorgeous. I’m so jealous. Once in a lifetime type thing. Drink it up
  19. We have .75” in Irondequoit and rates are pathetic
  20. That storm changed my life in Rochester. One of my first memories. XMas eve and took my Aunts Dog out on a leash at 9pm in a straight up blizzard. 18”. Although I could swear it was 79. I forever associated XMas with snow and came to love both.
