  1. Yo-yo. But it concerns me a little that we’ve lost most of the really nice ensemble members on the GFS. Relying on a little lobe of NW precip. Not saying it won’t happen, it’s a big storm, there will be surprises. But overall, I’m not loving today’s trends. And we haven’t even entered the SE correction time frame. Still liking Syracuse down to the finger lakes a little bit more than kroc. Watch NAM hammer out crazy stuff on 18z and drag me back! Lol
  2. Tasty banding setting up. Where this pivots around I could see that area over a foot. Possibly more! My best guess would be within a triangle from Syracuse to Rochester back down to Ithaca. West or East by 50 miles. Which is what makes this a bear of a forecast for Rochester and west.
  3. Great run for Syracuse here on the UKIE. Seems more reasonable for them. All depends on where that second deformation band sets up! That’s for sure!
  4. Not a big change but it is much closer to what the Europeans and Canadians been selling. Now we just gotta kick up that QPF!
  5. I just eat gummies these days. Like a lot. Make my own. But alas, banter page stuff!
  6. Seriously Delta? You don’t think we see an inch? Lol. Euro has been upping the ante for 36 hours. NAM buckled. Canadian products all show it. I think someone in the finger lakes region sees a major snow storm. I give Syracuse a better chance than Rochester but there is a conveyor wrap headed west. Just how far!?!
  7. I posted one yesterday. Can’t recall. I think also RGEM
  8. Ugh. We knew it was coming. The end to the west jogs.
  9. This is confounding! The EURO is insistent and the American models say whatever. Like 48 hours out!
  10. Don’t forget NAM. It’s never liked the westward thing. Interesting to see. I’m 50/50 now. Gonna be close!
  11. ICON maintains that tight cutoff. Someone gets the goods!
  12. I saw that. I disagree. The valley shows up clear as day. Albany always gets snow holed with E winds. I really doubt Syracuse gets that effected.
  13. It’s clearly downsloping with NNE wind. I doubt it’ll be that pronounced. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a couple zones of heavier snow- nobody knows where they set up.
