61 over here with that smell of spring rain. Just filled up the bird feeder so it does not get blown around. Birds and cats are happy.

Same here. The younger Miss J has a show on Sunday and after freezing my can off at the past ones Sunday is looking positively balmy! I also have to wash a mane and tail and at least the hot water bucket I use my hands will not feel like they are on fire every time I dip them back in.

She was accepted to Seattle University, and before making her decision on what school to attend her and Mr. J took a trip out back in January. She is an aspiring videographer with more of an emphasis on the technical side of it. Sound and video editing. She will have several more but this is the first in her adventure.

I am covered. Back in 2020 I had just started a TP delivery service called Who Gives A Crap. I get a box of TP delivered every 6 weeks.

Yes it is!! But If you also talk to any sane Texan they would throw the pot at me for adding any meat at all. Technically what I make is Chili con Carne. But I put in more meat to cut down on the beans. Or it would just be chunky tomato soup with chili powder. Story on finding out how it is a texture issue. So my mom would always make baked beans. And they always smelled so good and I would always put them on my plate. But I would take one bite and then not finish the rest. Took me awhile to find out that while I loved the sauce that they are cooked in, I did not care for the texture.

I may just be weird but it seems like just before a big system in the winter you get these 2 warm days and then bamb!

I am not a fan of beans. Texture thing. That being said I use a couple cans of Bush’s Chili beans. Just enough beans to make Mr J happy but with chili sauce so it makes them tolerable for me. Also I always do mine sausage and beef.

I am finding it harder to want to crawl out of bed during this very cold period. Like worse than in the past. I have two morning school runs on MWF due to the older Miss J having dual enrollment classes that only meet on TTh. So one run at 7 in the cold and then the second run at 8:45 and it is still do darn cold. I have been living in my long jons and slippers and am just wanting it to get to that point where I am comfortable. Making a big o' pot of chili for dinner tonight.

Airline Videos Live I am watching on YouTube on my TV. They have been streaming live from LaX since 10 am. Still going.

Ok I know I am a weather geek. But I also love trains and planes. I have just recently found several live airport streams. One over in England and one from LAX. Airline Videos live. I have spent almost the whole day on the couch watching planes land and take off at LAX. And on top of that I have FlightRadar24 to figure out each flight. Going to make some popcorn!

That stretch of 15 can be tough. That turn left off of Lovettesville Rd at the bend just before the Bridge is a lesson in patience. Occasionally you will get that one nice person that will just stop and let you out.
