    He doesn't even know how to get to Manchester, he's also at around 300' ASL. The rain snow line has been creeping towards Leesburg for years now in marginal events pretty sure not yet up towards Central/Upper Carroll county

    Here's my prediction after 12z....there will be lots of analysis saying the problem is and the trend the last 24 hours has been....you know the drill people, just hope there is a storm on all models after today and then tomorrow we can start to slowly look at the details.

    Nope it's specifically about the models starting to show storms. It was based on an HM tweet late December saying after the ssw it usually takes 20-30 days to see cold....clearly a flawed interpretation but I ran with it.
