I may be off but historically when winter ends around here it's rather abrupt and we sit around waiting for something to magically pop up on models...I usually know it's that time when I wake up and there aren't many new pages in this thread and most of the posts are by chuck
Pretty cool almost two weeks after the snow and with the exception of the edges creeping back there is still about a 4" snow depth in my yard...more on my north facing lawn.
Yesterday I drove from Winchester to Greensboro and the entire drive was snow covered it was pretty cool to see. Greensboro got about 10" from the storm but it was melting off pretty fast but still a good amount in some yards. Cold winter
Down to 2.5 this morning in years past I would be thrilled with constant cold and snow-covered landscape this year feels a bit of a letdown because I think we should have more snow. Hoping for something to freshen up the snow before it gets too ugly
Being so far NW i'm kind of enjoying the angst and hair pulling to the south. All I know if we end up getting something out here it will be pretty awesome, if we don't we were never in the game anyway
