Two Mdt to high impact events NYC subforum; wknd Jan 6-7 Incl OBS, and mid week Jan 9-10 (incl OBS). Total water equiv by 00z/11 general 2", possibly 6" includes snow-ice mainly interior. RVR flood potential increases Jan 10 and beyond. Damaging wind.

A lot of our best storms are Miller Bs. Miller A usually is LBSW. 2/5/01, 12/9/05 (though that was better East of us), 1/12/11, and I think maybe 1/26/11, and of course 2/9/13 (Nemo) were all Miller Bs.

Did anyone else notice it felt strangely warm given that we're only a week from the solstice? Like in my car it felt way warmer than I ever remember...granted it was around 45 but still
