  1. We are a visitors delight right now. Golf and skiing all in the same town.
  2. Even being ice its not as bad as I thought. Not what we wanted of course. Only an hour or two away from our next shot.
  3. That is like Tug Hill compared to over here. It got to 38 today.
  4. It is but could be ice as it's TT. Did not check Pivotal.
  5. Just got home and one area of mulch, under a tree, has a few ice/snow strands left.
  6. Only looked at one thing on the 12Z GFS, the snow map, and this is not exactly a shut out look. All fantasy snow but after all the negative posts I was expecting basically nothing.
  7. I wonder if season opening dates has ever been tracked re: earliest, latest, etc. Think this is pretty late. Ski Liberty opens Wednesday but only the beginner area so sort of a very soft opening.
  8. Not sure about there but we ended up with about one half inch of plain rain. Some minor street flooding, corners and such, over here. Not sure why. Leaves maybe.
  9. That is pretty amazing. I am 45 min from you and it is raining hard. 1/3" of rain since it stopped snowing.
  10. I was up on Blue Ridge and they got near 1" there (and Cascade.) Closer to 1/4 to 1/2 inch West of Blue Ridge all the way out to Greencastle.
  11. All those worried posts washed away in a wave of white. LOL.
  12. Thanks. That's right, you pay for that. WGAL is fairly accurate over here this time though the rain is a bit farther east. Not so accurate for you if you turned to sleet.
  13. That is about how it looks here. We have been all rain for about 30 min now. Actually raining fairly hard. I cannot find that radar I had that was accurate with the R/S line.
  14. Yea, by the Dollar General. That was a very nice, clean store and Covid put the wham jam on it. And your two choices of gas both have issues as Emmittsburg (the Sunoco formerly Mobil) always seems to be busy and half the pumps at Blue Ridge summit do not work. That pizza place beside that gas station is good. We usually go to Maugansville for gas. Sheetz or Martins when I have points to spend.
  15. You are doing a lot better than me. At 800+ feet and cannot even get my driveway to begin to accumulate (back when it was snowing harder).
  16. Plus those are anomalies, not temps. Red in Jan is a lot colder than Red in July :-).
  17. Welcome to the team. You Join @cashtown and I as the "Just west of the LSV gang". Carroll Valley is a nice area. How they do not have a gas station still mystifies me. The closed store on the outskirts of Fairfield still looks in good shape for someone to jump in and go for it.
  18. It lightened up here and is a rain/snow mix right now.
  19. You have that mountain protection from the higher DP's streaming over me. I was screwed once I saw the DP was 34.
  20. Yea, its coming down quite decent. Helping the grass accum.
