  1. Alas, it was not me. I would put my forecasting chops up on display but not snow measuring. Too lazy with it. Congrats on being published!
  2. 6.5" here but only 2-3" on the driveway. I do not melt down but guessing I was doing 7 or 8-1 at the start and finished up with powder in the 13-1 or 15-1 range. Ratios definitely kept totals down here as over half of the snow was in the 8-1 period (my estimate).
  3. The thing that stood out to me, about Sunday, was the Nam showing real cad down into central VA. For me personally I need that to get Frz here. A big buffer. Won't sully up the boards doing a good snow storm with talking about it much more.
  4. One more model memo for the night. Additional 6" for northern lanco, Lebanon, etc....on rap.
  5. Hrrr has a similar area though about an inch less.
  6. 3.5" on a deck measuring area. Not super precise but close. About 3/4" in that last 45 min. Still not recaving streets after the rain though.
  7. Nam has frz down in central VA on Sunday am now. A wintery several days indeed.
  8. What is that? All I can see is the word perfect? Juicy ipa
  9. Hope the late modeling is right and you still have 4-5 more "
  10. You are easily going to break 7 if nothing weird happens.
  11. Back to mod snow again. Lost all accums on hard surfaces. Psu Just posted a radar showing rain over a large chunk of the M/D line. Just love me these lows to my south west. Not. More fun coming soon though.
  12. Here is one GFS panel I just pulled. It is what it is.
  13. Several of the models had snow coming in then flashed green for a panel in Franklin county around this time. It will surely turn to snow when the rates come back. It is a heavy drizzle and the warm 2M temps are melting some of it.
  14. So do not shoot the messenger but it is raining here with some random fatties in between. I walked outside and verified it. This possibility was on some of the models. It will probably not affect many. But the roads have cleared off. 31 degrees. Obviously ratio wise we are below 10-1 right now.
  15. Its really not that far off others (except the old HRRR). its just been doing fairly well for the short term locations of the precip shield.
  16. Bob Chill and PSU will understand :-). Totally stopped here now. A small hole in the radar pivoted over me. Will be back soon.
  17. Maybe some mountain interference but...appears a little north. You can see the primary low in S VA as well but this area is spinning per se. Some energy hanging around North of the main low.
  18. The HRRR finally caved to the better looking event...caved to the Rap. LOL
