    Been crazy busy this AM but saw some of the 6Z Euro stuff had backed down from the more amped up solution and moved to more of a slider. I think the EPS Control was one.

    It's going to take a beating tomorrow but my road is still a solid sheet of ice.

    HRRR has the event Thursday AM but with temps getting to near 50 on Wednesday, it starts off in the mid to upper 30's so rain/snow TV for the LSV...ending as snow. Could be some late accumulations on the roads as temps drop and definitely some icy roads via the snow or black ice on Thursday AM based on this depiction. 1-3" LSV with a bit more on ridges and near the M/D.

    Even the Ukie has latched on the model leading the way for this event. Still going to be tough with surface temps even if the precip does happen.

    Many schools over here on a 2 hr delay this AM. The side roads are in bad shape. Worse I have seen them, for 2 days after the storm, since I have moved here.

    I am sure. And I know some stuff really is important to get there next day but your safety is more important. I was sort of glad to hear you say it. We had a Wal-Mart delivery in the middle of the storm, last evening. It was a box of cat food! Crazy the driver put themselves in peril over that.

    84 hour still has frz and sleet in Mexico. I find that even more amusing that the somewhat common snows there.

    It will lay on the snow already on the ground! Lol. If it is cold enough for road, it becomes high impact event.

    Probably true but it's all we have. Take them away and our weather is day to day and even then not so much. Ha.

    Understanding that its a timing situation, its still very strange the GFS and Euro are so far apart when the EPS is solidly behind the op. I see some more GFS like positions on that EPS map but more tucked.

    Hearing rumors that the Nam has been crowned the King but even I do not buy that. King GFS for now. #2 could be Nam but it was so poor on Summer temps, not sure I buy that either. But King Nam is a thing now.

    We never got above 30 this afternoon and the excessive sleet was just like a sheet of ice on the roads as it did raise above freezing for a short period last night. I just helped the guy delivering my grocery's and he said down in Waynesboro there is no ice on the roads so its localized.

    Icon has it but wide right and very similar to the Gem. No Go on the JMA or Nogaps. Right now it literally is just the Euro as to affecting PA. Since we are 4 days (or less) away, grading starts...GFS can solidify its spot or the Euro can put some money back in the bank with a long awaited victory.

    Congrats. At this risk of sounding much younger than I am, that is BOSS. Those tires look great. No more snow issues for you. LOL.
