* WHERE...Portions of western Maryland and northwestern Virginia
from east of the Allegheny Highlands to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
* WHEN...From 3 AM Saturday to 1 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down. Several power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds tonight will likely be at
elevations above 2500 feet, with stronger winds reaching the
lower elevations Saturday.
