    There were 1-2 where some frozen feel but adjustments to any of the solutions could be more of an opportunity. Much better environment than our current one.

    I was just thinking that no Irving and the Nets are not a top team, IMO. With Irving they are a contender. Losing Seth did hurt though.

    The Net's are probably angling for it though if no Vax requirement lift, I think the Sixers win that series. Can you imagine a first round Sixers/Nets and Big Ben East is playing.

    True, but some small towns (small/medium) have two and they definitely stay away from higher property value areas.

    That is one of my needs. If I am too close to several Dollar generals I need to move another direction.

    No hot dog needed. It's been there on the ensembles (Canadian and euro first) for days now. The gfs has had decent snow storms two of the last 4 runs. Would I bet money in it, hell now. Do I punt, hell no again.

    I fully realize there on and off/every 6-12 hour GFS snow storms are fantasy in some aspects, but writing off winter weather on March 16th is just as much a fantasy.

    We got to a somewhat toasty 65. I just checked Cashtown and the other side of the hill cashed in at 68.5

    Well not next week but the first week of April. Frankly I think the GFS looks workable for 3-4 days after that weekend. The trough is too far off the coast but its also 300 hours out.

    Also, after that front passes NEXT Sunday, game is on as to chances as to reading what the GFS has to offer.

    I am not at all joking...my heat is on right now. I have it set to 65 and it is 61 out. It has only come on once or twice today but it is on right now. LOL

    I wfh most of the time and still takes me 30 min from wake up to sitting in my chair. LOL
