  1. The NWS gave up on their forecast. Wish other parts of the LSV could get in it but about 1/3 of the LSV, including far southern Areas, are scoring. 2. Have to chuckle...the high at MDT, next Saturday, is below 50 again on the GFS. It tried the same thing last week but failed. And then May 1.
  3. Losetoa just got pinged down there. You may have some MA followers of your post. Itsstalkingtime! (Well, guess I am guilty too. LOL)
  4. The HRRR does move the R/S line to our west though if you look at the AM HRRR we have greatly overachieved. Showed little snow here until overnight.
  5. The CCB must be pivoting over them. Hopefully we get some back building.
  6. You are not playing this up enough, Taverna is closed due to road conditions.
  7. MA Spring flingers complaining about ~20 below normal temps right now. Guess the batteries were out of their calculators when it was in the low to mid 80's the other day? It takes a freak, anomalous snow storm to get these temps while it just takes a normal fair day for the positive side.
  8. I am stealing snow again right PA? The thing that is amazing is Central MD has a snowstorm (and not high elevation either).
  9. WGAL is now calling for up to 2" of snow 81 North and West including in the LSV.
  10. LOL. We are at the best rates of the year (close/tied). The grass is 3" high and its well on its way to being covered. It may not officially be 3" of snow but we are approaching 1" in the grass now with the sticky snow piling on top of each other. A good 1/2" in the last 15-20 min.
  11. The latest HRRR has almost all the Northern and Central LSV getting in the snow when rates comes through later today.
  12. Most schools around here are closed today otherwise there would be some anxious Superintendents right now...swearing at their zone forecasts.
  13. The sun angle crew is taking it on the chops today :-).
  14. Might slide off. LOL. I could measure the snow flake sizes changes on the down to my demise.
  15. Did you see the pics on the MA board...from Middletown (MD), etc? It a real snow storm down there.
  16. Started as slop here as well. Wait until the column cools before throwing in the towel.
  17. I am notoriously slow for roads to cave here so I bet just up the hill from me there are plowing activities getting ready to start. I have a sloppy 1/2" on the grass.
  18. Here is I81 solidly in the LSV (not far from the Cumberland/Franklin County line) so we do have heavy snow in the LSV right now.
  19. Saw this pic from Winchester (in the MA thread). Accumulating on the road.
  20. While at the same time, mowing in the snow is BOSS.
  21. I will be impressed if your mower starts. Mine would not even with adding some gas to the plug. (Not at 33).
  22. LOL, you are making me feel bad. My grass has about 1/4" on it now so punting mowing this week.
