    Yea, the GFS has no 80's through two weeks. But I agree, ther erecord is far from "in the books". Just something to watch. A bit of "luck" at this point as they had a 79.

    Yea, it has been a consistent trend for MDT being below nearby stations...plus the east coolness today. Mighty East wind blowing over this way right now.

    @TimB, decent chance MDT gets between 210 and 220 days for the 80 record (days between 80's). Something to watch. We seem a lock to get in to the 200's now unless tomorrow is a shocker.

    NWS lowballing the forecast (today) for MDT again. 5-8 degrees lower than the HRRR,

    6Z actually does not look so warm anymore. GFS went with the MU forecast.

    Maybe mowing will be a thing out here by then. Actually do need to mow again next week. Starting to get some growth. If the freeze is too much next week it may stunt it again though.

    The spring fans will like that the GFS has consistently advertised consistent Spring starting the second week of May.

    Tomorrow is the make or break 80 day for MDT :-). GFS has quite a bit of rain tomorrow but others do not.
