    Thing is, you could make money on your predicts. No one is paying for missing a qpf predict but they do pay for any sports bet you can conceive.

    Not great when doc is asked why his team scored only 15 points in the third and his theory is that the heat "scored every time".

    Another thing. While the MDT therm was going up and down this afternoon, of the dozens and dozens of ob's, only 3 (or so) were even numbers. The rest were odd and 2 degree jumps back and forth. So the temp jumped what 50-100 times....and almost always jumped to another odd number.

    Yea, the MDT ob's are flawed and no one will change my mind on that. Just a question of why. So is THV. It's life. Does not really matter much as to important stuff but Blizz is probably going to love it.

    MDT has gone up and down from 75 to 77 to 79 a few times since we started this convo. Brings into question whether they have really hit 80 several times already.

    Yes, MDT is obviously not a good source of scientific information as it pertains to the LSV as a whole. It really brings into question all records for this area. If the temp is changing due to water temp of the Susky, so be it, but it is not representative of the area.

    How can it be 208 when it was 207 on Monday? That would make it 210. Maybe I misunderstood? This is comical. (Edit, I see what you were doing. You were counting Monday as not having taken place yet. I thought you meant Sunday made 206.

    Sort of unbelievably, the record high at MDT is 90 or above every day in May except May 2. Actually 90 or above every day from Apr 17 on except Apr 21 and May2...until Sept 28.

    Uh oh, Lowry out for Game 6. May be bad news for the Sixers and Mav's. Mav's only seem to win when Philly wins. Heat better without Lowry like Griz better without Ja.

    68 degrees temp nooners. Already fairly humid. 65-70%ish area wide.

    Just clouded up here and temp back down into the mid 60's from near 70 earlier.

    Yea, I saw some mid to upper 90's near the Western Ohio border. Were it not for the weekend system, we might be sweating.

    That seemed low so just checked the globals....they are 2-3x that if you include Monday. .

    Yea, not going to be nice days out despite the near normal temps. Can MDT make 80 today? HRRR says they have a shot. Already in the 60's here. Fortunately, for those that like dry air, this first humid wave has its back broken early next week. GFS would indicate some 30's next week. CMC warmer.

    The zones seem to have it covered pretty well. Not going to be a dry period based on models. GFS and CMC cloud map is basically wall to wall Friday in to Tuesday (for the LSV).

    Just a continuous stretch of bad decisions with the puck in the middle of the ice. To the caps defense, they are the lowest seed in the East so not an upset if they lose this year.
