  1. Looks pretty dry next week. With rain chances dwindling for Sunday and Monday, I want what I can get.
  2. Lock it in? The Nam's are similar albeit different. To me, tomorrow looks like a play it by ear possible downpour/severe day.
  3. The HRRR says itstrainingtime in a big way on its qpf map. Will be hard to pin point the wheres.
  4. Yea, my pulling a cord around the yard days are over for weed whacking as well though I have something less expensive.
  5. We spoke about this before but my next purchase will be an Ego electric (or similar) as well. I only have a 1/2 acre of that, the house is on much of it :-).
  6. With gas prices, one could say I am saving a bit :-). But frankly would rather have a thick lawn.
  7. I figured that was where you were. If I tried to mow every 3 days I would lose track of the rows. My neighbors are mowing once a week as well. Two have these old VERY LOUD riding mowers, especially when they are on pavement turning around, so I know when they mow. LOL. I think think my elevation plays a role in damaging the grass especially the front yard where there is no shade most of the day.
  8. I have had to battle with losing a lot each summer so you guys are surely more lush than me but regardless of that, its not growing nearly as fast this year (over here).
  9. I was thinking about this the other day and I think, at this point, I will mow less for the entire season than training has probably already done. Mow #6 this weekend then probably every 10-14 days from there on out so round up and say 3 a month for a total of about 20.
  10. Not sure Training is one to make definitive statements...saying something is "always" or "will be" too often.
  11. NWS AFD has flooding mentioning for tomorrow.
  12. HRRR has a nice spread of about 1"-2.5" over most of the LSV over the next 48 hours. More rain to come Friday night and Sat on this depiction. 3K has the focus a bit west and more scattered for the LSV.
  13. Models do indeed continue to improve for the weekend but still show an ULL rotating through the area Saturday so no proclamations about rain or not to my clients. An all day rain does not look likely now.
  14. The game on right now would be a hard sell to someone just getting introduced. Like 5 on 5 soccer on wood floor. Lots of running and balls flying around but not much net. First to 80.
  15. Padding your stats with NBA talk! Welcome to the club. Lol.
  16. 18Z GFS lessens the Saturday rain even more though cloudy and damp vs. a lot of falling precip. Highs in the 60's/near 70 east. Monday would get into the 90's it appears. Still wanting to have a very pleasant first June start after the second.
  17. So that is two predictions since 4:30. How long until you go with Heat in 6? LOL
  18. Jimmy Buckets needs to find...well...the buckets. He was so off last game.
  19. Our AC just kicked on for the first time since Mon. Was 63 in the house this AM.
  20. He is actually the tallest guy in either teams rotation right now. Strange but true. One of 3 6'10 guys but is taller than the other two. He had a Ginger dunk last night. If this faces does not bring out fear in Steph not Seth, I do not know what else will.
  21. Yea, my calculations were not looking encouraging. Davis Bertans will have to go all Red Dread and knock down a dozen from deep.
  22. Had some time this afternoon, taking a break from calculating the chances of the Mav's beating the Dub's 3 more times, and noticed the Euro is fairly dry Saturday. Its been slowly becoming more the last few runs. See if GFS follows suit. It is also the first model I saw with the MU mini heatwave next week. Of course saying the Euro is the warmest is like saying the Yank's spend a lot of money.
  23. Sometimes the GFS will overpaint if its a spotty/showery situation but both the RGEM and NAM are not far off it.
  24. You are going to causes some PTSD with all these BN stats.
