The MDT treatment. LOL. Actually after close inspection there is an 89.96 mixed in for MDT!

The screen I am looking at could be wrong but still shows their high as 89.6. Technically 90 but a weak one. Just got back from tennis and frankly this was one of the best summer days I have ever played. Humidity is sparkling. Glad I got it in today vs. tomorrow.

NOT! (Highlighted) MDT has still not passed 89.6. That will be a frustrating 90 if that is where they top. We have topped out at 86 and down to 85 now.

Hopefully Main St running through Myra does not buckle like the tarmac in London.

I think a great way to put it in perspective is that MDT had a stretch of 6+ 90 days just last year (7 of 8 days actually) along with one 5 day stretch and several 4 and 3 day stretches. The highest temp last year was 98.

MDT has their 90 at 89.6 right now. 85 here.

My no 3 day predict is probably in trouble (like I said it may be from the start). Will hold on the 5 day but not going to buy the two week predict that was thrown out.

IMO, MDT is running a bit ahead of their usual lag in temps. Seems they are up to 86 now. Would think 90 seems quite achievable.

Up to this point, it is been a normal or BN summer outside the HIA as to the LSV and areas next to it. The low or mid 90's the next few days are just 3-8 degrees AN so regular fare IMO.

I was looking at your Mid Jun through Mid July numbers. Almost all were BN when compared to Norms at MDT. Think you had one 88 day so one AN. Almost all the others were BN compred to MDT's norm that day.

I am using MDT's average number so there is a little fudging but our highest temp has been 87 (since June 17th). I just checked out Cashtown and he is the same or similar. Little or no AN normal days for over a month.

I am hoping I stay at 87 below to take my BN normal streak to 31 days. pretty amazing streak if you ask me. No AN days in over a month! 74 here right now.

I am officially punting today as a hot day over my way. It feels too good out/only 70 right now. 86-88 sure...average.

DP is 66 at MDT right now. Not great but not too bad IMO.

Yea, it sorts of lines up with what you said you felt this AM. May not be an overly humid day today if they are right. HRRR has them dropping all day. Here is 4PM.

A decent 63 this Am. HRRR and GFS have DP's dropping into the 50's/near 60 this afternoon (LSV) with temps topping around average in the upper 80's so probably some low 90's in the hot spots. RGEM also stays in the 80's. Zones also have temps staying below 90 except Lanco which is right on 90 where I clicked.

I do not question that but it is too easy here for clouds or rains to spoil a warm day. Models are barely over 90 (or not) several of the next 7 days (did not check euro)
