I personally do not see major river flooding but if someone gets 3-5" (or more) there would definitely be some flooding on roads and maybe small creeks. I am still mowing the lush areas. Ended up 18 mows for the summer. After this rain we are going to be into the 20's. Paweather shut 'er down weeks ago.

Mostly dormant here as well but if it rains and is warm for a couple weeks, it will grow.

Hopefully paweather has not winterized his mower and taken the oil out.
