  1. Today does the mark the earliest in fall that it has ever dipped into the 20's at MDT. 27 in 1964.
  2. Capital City is already bathing in their 70's. I knew they were warm there but consistently the warmest. Edit-MDT just joined the club.
  3. It is a bit disappointing to hear all these Rhule rumors associated with PSU. PSU is 5-0.
  4. Early 12Z's delay the rain a bit tomorrow which also means less for the LSV when looking at the QPF maps. Complicated situation with the lead vort dry slotting many of us. Nam does not have the better rain getting to the LSV until rush hourish time frame. 12Z Monday had the rain almost out of the LSV by 2PM. edit-GFS does show a small area of rain in the LSV earlier in the day tomorrow....but still not overly impressive on totals. Does keep the LSV out of the 70's again with the earlier clouds and rain.
  5. Despite the 70's days last and this week, MDT is 4.4 below normal right now. As a contrast, they finished last Oct 6.6 AN during the Canderson 8 (think it was 8?) Above Normal or bust marathon we watched. That was actually fairly humorous.
  6. It was actually 46, I typoed but yea it is warm over here. 46 at MDT as well. Already in the low to mid 50's just to my East and South.
  7. That is a really nice warm up. You beat MDT by one degree but King Cap City scored a 76. I am excited about our Chamber weekend coming up. Hope we get rain Thursday...just spent an hour watering.
  8. CXY is actually 75, climbing so fast I can't keep up. Indian summer or no as a frost is not a freeze? Mini heat wave? LOL
  9. MDT is only at 64. Has anyone heard if Allegiant stopped flying in there? Or is it just the North wind off the water?
  10. You and CXY are cruising for some mid to upper 70 love today it seems. Have an 80 in you?
  11. 65 and sunny for almost true nooners. 70 is in the bag today.
  12. GFS and Nam are starting to show a dry slot working its way into the LSV (and MSV) while other progs are still very wet. The Nam actually has not be gung ho on Thur for several runs.
  13. Yea, it is still only mid October. My worrisome comment was pointed toward fall permanently setting in. As depicted the gfs shows temps into the 80's. Previously it was not showing the stronger warm push. But almost no one (paweather) wants snow now at risk that it turns against us in December.
  14. 39 but decidedly more humid this Am than last. Watching models really starting to show a Chamber weekend with sun and highs in the 70's one or both days. GFS backing off the cold push a bit until early next week but next week is still a fall like week temp wise. A bit worrisome IMO for sustained cold this month as the orientation of the trough has become much more transient (GFS disco) in the mid term allowing the cold to escape later in the month.
  15. Looks like Cap City is at 72 and York topped out at 70. MDT a bit behind again at 68.
  16. I thought you were getting on your roof to move your AC this weekend?
  17. Everything I looked at, except the Nam, looked quite wet Thur.
