  1. The CMC actually backs the GFS depiction for the 19th even though the primary seems to get a bit farther north. Close call for the LSV but bonanza for much of PA.
  2. GFS real close for the LSV on the 19th. Low is cutting but is blocked and the upper 2/3 of PA get a decent storm. On pivotal the far Northern part of the LSV is in heavy snow while the maps on TT show rain there. Then all except far eastern LSV get it on the 24th.
  3. The HRRR has some of the LSV staying at freezing tomorrow. Other guidance not quite that cold but something to watch.
  4. Going to be cold feeling tomorrow with winds and highs in the 30's or near 40 (as modeled).
  5. I was referring to Atomix comment, not what will happen. Why not reply to Atomix? He was the one that suggested it.
  6. Reminder of the 2011-2012 winter for MDT when the highest accumulating snow was Oct 2011 at 5.5"
  7. Many of us are certainly sick of it. Middle of winter being washed away.
  8. I was mostly focusing on the last 5 years and voyagers comment about leaving and showing him that some met winter's have not been good with him here either.
  9. I looked on a few news sites and had not seen much yet. Thanks for the updates.
  10. My big worry is EJ posting in the MA garden thread.
  11. If he really said "not a chance", his punt may be karma to get us snow. Blizz is never punting IMO. 4th and 24 on his own 3 and he is still going for it. Hope for a pass interference.
  12. Cashtown in the bullseye for this one. 540 line in Central NY and still snow.
  13. In your defense, 5 of the last 6 met winters at MDT have not exactly been great with snowfall totals. This is Dec - Feb. So doubt it is you. :-). 1 great, 2 not too shabby, and 3 terrible.
  14. 38 here this AM. Possible bad timing yet again on the passing of a low well to our N/W and having a midnight high Thur into Friday...torching two days on the records. Some mid 50's possibly.
