The CMC is just a cutter. GFS really suppressed from the bully PV. No real energy in the Northern Stream to yank anything up.

40 and cloudy this AM. The snow is 90% gone. Warm temps took out most of the rest last night. The GFS should settle down the MA crying game for a few hours. Two chances of snow next week on the 6Z. One of the chances is deflected south by the PV sliding (Blizz mentioned that yesterday). Took a Paweather ISS shot to show that. On the really LR side, the GFS has a 70 showing up the following week as the US is evacuated of cold. Yuck.

I feel bad everytime wind comes up, you take the brunt. Ha. I hit 42 (from the worst direction, s/e) today.

PA wise, Western and N Central PA (route 80 of course) look like action places. Technically I do not see anything in the LSV on the normal Meso's. Checked HRRR, 3K, Rgem and Fv3 (Fv3 has a few streamers in Western Franklin County). But certainly, possible they make it down to us...temps in the upper 30's and low 40's though.

See, exactly what I said. The favorite pastime in Adams County is plowing (even if sparks) , drinking beer and going to Dennys! (as well as golfing in the winter). we have snow in the grass but no more snow on any hard surfaces here. Down to about 1/4 to 1/2"

We all need to pile into a van and move to Adams county. They have a shit load of winery's and high ABV beers on tap as well.

Only 1" near Pine Grove Furnace is the one that sticks out here. You and I had a very similar experience. I am going with 2" here but that is a close estimate. The rain and mid 30's have washed it away. Seems like we were on the wrong side of South Mountain for this one.

Mother nature shoveled for me. LOL. Still a little slush but staying near or above freezing tonight so no issue there.

I did not melt down my snow, but we have picked up about 1/3" of plain rain now. 72 hour estimated shows this area getting a tad over 1/2" of precip total.

Interesting as that is yet another late nod to the last 12-24 hour Rgem for the LSV at least. Had lesser amount for you than the south LSV where many got 2-3". The Kuch was way too low...10-1 was a better indicator despite the questionable temps. A meso picking up a meso level event across part of south PA.

Yep. We looked to be getting dryslotted but it is pouring rain right....I realize I am the most southern member of the board so no surprise there but the end of the precip looked to be moving in faster a bit earlier. 36 degrees.
