    Palm Sunday 2023 is only 3-4 days from this date in 1942. This paper also had propaganda related to WWII stating that if an air raid happens in Waynesboro, to stay at home to defeat the enemy. This may have been one of those times our grandparents walked to school in snow up to their chest.

    Came across this in an old high school newspaper for Washington Township (Waynesboro) PA. Paper is dated April 17, 1942. The Palm Sunday Bizzard.

    Winter ended 20 days ago IMO. LOL. In 11 days, Spring is one third over.

    Those 2-3 missed 3's, when PSU went up near the end, were killer. Hit even one of those shots and I think PSU wins unless they Drake out. PSU showed there are about every bit as good as Texas IMO. Hung a 43 bagger on them in the second half.

    It is extremely rare (if ever) that a month ends up 10 below normal. MDT has a real good chance ending today more than 10 BN (as in today's temps vs. normal.)

    A cold any day of the year @ 16 this AM. CMC was understated here. LSV stayed in the low and mid 20's it appears. Thomasville had a couple hours of snow reports last night.

    No, no....That is not Kansas I wrote down going to the sweet 16. I wrote Arkansas. My pen did not work on the AR but if you look closely, the indent of AR is on the paper.

    Yea, when that cutter yanks the warm air up here, some AC's will be going on late next week. Think colder after it though.

    Most models now "warming up" to the idea of teens tonight for the colder areas. Low 20's for many lesser cold areas. Highs struggling to break 35 tomorrow.

    Pretty cool. There are not even unopened buds on ours (Sugar Maples). Not too bad in the sun right now. High of 45 so far here today. A lot warmer than it will probably be tomorrow.

    Just checked our Maple and Oak trees...no buds yet. Going to bloom late this year. Will have to weed whack a few spots in the grass to keep it even with most of the rest that is still dormant. Hard Freeze next 2 or 3 mornings with teens in colder spots (as modeled.)

    Back into the freezing column with 31 this AM. The Dallas Area sports board I participate in is just talking about weather this AM (and a little Maxi)! So confusing. @Blizzard of 93 Psu, Brooklyn, Heisy still chasing. Would need this to be a bit south of the current depict.

    Somehow TNT decided they needed to show 30-45 seconds of umbc beating uva. Like showing Pat LaFontaine beating Bob Mason everytime an NHL team wins a extra OT hockey game in the playoffs.
