  1. Some up and down snow reports coming from the NWS spotters. Healthy 3 1/4" in Spring Grove but a lot of reports showing less than estimated qpf totals for the area. I wonder if some of these reports are daily and not storm total. No one in Cumberland County reported more than 1"?
  2. Sat Winter Storm is pretty beefy on GFS though temps 30-32 for much the southern half of PA should limit road issues. 2-4" of snow for Easters.
  3. Quite a few of the people who were around in the 90's have passed away or purposely avoid public weather forums.
  4. During mid-day will not help with accums as well.
  5. The way they talk about Harrisburg in the winter, I think they envision it looks like this around here all season. We all live in ski lodges and kayak down mountain streams all summer.
  6. I do not get the envy of other areas either...if they did a drive by in our forum and put up brag posts, maybe.
  7. You did better than me. I was way too high Harrisburg and North. A little too high for southern LSV. But I was not going to change with every model run on this one. Settled on 3.5" here. A LOT of people gave up early last evening and called it prematurely.
  8. Local Schools just closed for the day. Waynesboro and Washington County, MD. Moved from a 2 Hour delay (Waynesboro.)
  9. I was about 1- 1.5" ahead of you last night so makes sense. Either way it is good to see no yard again.
  10. I walked around outside and it is 3.5-4 here. The accums were scattershot a bit with the warm temps. Already added about 1/4" from this round.
  11. Next round of snow moving into the LSV right now.
  12. Eyeballing around 4" on the grass here...2"-2.5" on the road. Plow has gone through.
  13. I will have voyager bring it after he drops water off here.
  14. Coming down pretty good here. Feel bad for those north of us. Night is not over but currently bands seem to be setting up for south of Harrisburg.
  15. I only have about 1/2-3/4" on the stoop/deck but close to or over 2" in the grass. Except a few random blades, it is totally covered. It poured snow for 45-60 min near the beginning.
  16. That band stretches over to Trenton. Roads finally covered here but super light snow falling again.
  17. Mitchnick posted about some more energy in the Miss Valley or something like that. I think that is what the meso's keep showing for the snow tomorrow AM after daybreak.
  18. Oh good, another .1" takes me off the hook too.
  19. Back to steady light snow. Grass is about covered so getting close to 2" here. But still nothing on the roads. Driveway is caved.
  20. I just did and you ignored. You are talking to the man in the mirror.
  21. It is moving north but not exactly "expanding".
