  1. Trust me I am looking at the radar for you as well. You are are my parched brethren. I would actually be happier if you got it and not me with that big course to deal with. I talk about it a lot but more worry for others with wells and farms, etc..
  2. LOL. I have lived in York, Carlisle, Boiling Springs, and here along with 8 years in Philly/Upper Darby/West Chester. But this is probably our final resting place. Radar is looking better! We may break that 3" mark since May 1.
  3. The Great Valley is wiping the rain out. More coming so not saying it does not make it here at all but even the previously wet HRRR has backed off.
  4. 12Z 240 total qpf map from the Euro is a bad look for the parched gang. Also the rare triple digit figure on a run...for Sunday.
  5. Its scary with all the unknowns and we have an election to deal with. Too much to handle in some aspects.
  6. This thread is like the MA Thread in middle winter at the moment. Only thing missing are some references to the Icon.
  7. Ha. Hey look our thread has a Hot tag in the middle of a dry summer day. We may be the talk of town on the whole board right now.
  8. Who is calling who anything? Its your moniker. Mine is my high school mascot. We are Bubbletown.
  9. Did you just change your Location to Historic Maytown or has "Historic" always been there? Ha. I might have to end some adjectives on to mine.
  10. I think @Itstrainingtime said the fishing contest was cancelled today. Sounds like you are casting into Nut's pond. LOL.
  11. The latest HRRR is singing some sweet, sweet songs for this afternoon out here.
  12. If you watched the conference he spent much of the time saying "We do not want to be the next Florida" re: I guess he is saying that would be coming here again. Like @pasnownut said these clouds are a great bonus this AM. Makes being outside not so bad though a bit humid. Hopefully that humidity turns into some rain.
  13. I could very well be wrong as I was assuming the best. If it does that is all the worse! At 25% most places could get by with just 3-4 employees for the inside stuff. More if doing take out.
  14. I am guessing they mean 25% of patrons but yea most places will either ignore it or close down. Freedom Fighters vs. Libs
  15. Winds howling here this AM. 20-25MPH gusts. Nam is unimpressed with today's storm chances but HRRR has a decent line.
  16. Sounds like all bars closed, restaurants at 25% capacity (I bet many do not do that and just close) and all business offices closed if they can telework. He also alluded to no schools if things get worse.
  17. But up until recently it has been a little more connected since I can recall back into the 90's at least.
  18. But up until recently it has been a little more connected since I can recall back into the 90's at least.
  19. (Sounds of backup beeping in the background) Seem's the more things that shutdown the more the market goes up. The divide between the Have's and Have Nots/Littles grows larger by the day.
  20. I consider your locale, just knowing generally not exact, more "mountainy" than mine since I am at the edge of this specific range/chain. If I look SW, W or NW I just see flat land for a lot of miles until the next range which I guess is officially the Appalachian Range though the Appalachian Trail goes right beside us here in the Blue Ridge/South Mountain Range. Its all Appalachians I guess. That area to my West is known as "The Great Valley". 30-40 miles between ranges.
