  1. If you like "in the rough" lobster, Chauncey Creek over in Kittery does a nice job. Haven't been there in years so not sure if they've softened to appease the tourists but it was mostly bring your own everything except the lobster and maybe steamers.
  2. 1.92" in the tipper today with a nice thunderclap to boot. Almost 3.38 so far in November.
  3. And reverse modelology, where everything that looked good last winter turned to crap, therefore, the inverse must be true this year. I admit to dabbling in this myself.
  4. Outdoor lights went up yesterday. Tree goes up today way earlier than usual, but it will help brighten things up a bit.
  5. Hit 74.8 today. Interesting little bump in the temps around 9PM...went from 54 to 61 in about 20 minutes. Sea breeze flipped to land breeze I assume...
  6. Let's re-introduce wolves...keep the coyote population in check.
  7. Interesting, I just looked out at a big oak up the street and it's definitely picked up the pace with the leaf drop. It's like they're all going at the same time.
  8. Hearing of a lot of strep going around too.
  9. Coldest morning on the last day of the month. Down to 21F. Month will finish with just over 5" of rain.
  10. Nice winter night out there. High of 39 today and now 25 with crunchy snow under foot in the yard.
  11. Congrats down south. Picked up about 1/2"...nice start to the season. 35F
  12. 42F raw night. Picked up .25" today and over 4" for October. Drought level should drop down a notch by next week.
  13. Only question now is when to fire up the Zoom room.
  14. 31.7 this morning ...first below 32 this season
  15. 42F and gusty. 1.69" since yesterday
  16. Pretty meh for severe here but the sky put on quite a show as the line had just passed...
  17. Looks like 1.11", which is pretty close to other stations nearby so the new Davis seems to be set up ok.
  18. Dry month. Measured .01 yesterday and before that nothing measurable since .67 on the 9th.
