  1. Those folks in that forum are crazy ape shit nuts.... I try to stay away. 25f at 9:40 p.m.
  2. So true. Even 2" an hour is incredibly heavy. Imagine 5" an hour for 3 hours straight.. crazy nuts.
  3. Just a little spot but damn 15" in 3 hours, that's insane..
  4. 15 inches in 3 hours would make my head explode... from there I would light myself on fire and jump out the window.
  5. Models aren't exact, for all we know we have that? That's why I like to start looking at the radar. We could get screwed the other way as well? It's game time...
  6. I think it will be a overachiever.. we're due damn it! If anything, wind still kicking. 30° f
  7. Yeah, I usually go into radar mode at this point rather than models. You can actually see what's happening..
  8. Same, WWA for two to four inches. It will stick immediately which is a positive...
  9. If anything, this stuff should stick to everything immediately... Still going 3-6
  10. Paved surfaces are starting to cave. You can see it around the perimeter. Then it usually takes over especially with sunset, darkness and lowering temperatures.
  11. Didn't 6ABC/accu weather put a radar out that way? I remember seeing a commercial with Adam Joseph explaining something of that nature. Maybe it was somewhere different.
  12. Good size flakes so eventually I think they'll stick ... Coming down a bit heavier.
  13. I'm starving for a little clipper at this point... Remember when they used to happen a couple times a year?
  14. Decent chance of seeing some squalls I would think..
  15. Mid-Atlantic, definitely! They seem to get screwed all the time.. us, sometimes.
  16. It's comical to read each subforum, new york, mid Atlantic and us flipping out/worry over every run. My gut feeling is it'll be a nice event but nothing historic.. I'm fine with a 3-6 incher if that's the case. Plow trucks need a little work out.... And we must have a million tons of salt and brine to use up.
  17. I'm off but a horrible time for commuters on a Friday afternoon or any afternoon. Rush hour mess. Auto body collision centers smiling...cha ching $$$.
  18. Agree. More times than not it ticks N....sometimes it ticks too far N and it's a NE special. I like where we are at... 36F/Cloudy w/wind that drives right through you
