  1. Yeah, you should be blanket white with your temps....
  2. And yesterday, snow mounds in the sun and it was in the mid-20s and melting with puddles. Mid January this would not have happened...
  3. The sun angle is real. If what fell today fell mid January with the same temp it would stick everywhere. I'm not sure how you don't quite see it...
  4. In Hatfield, sideways super light snow, some wind. Hopefully things picked up and roads get slick and dicey... 25F
  5. Maybe some early afternoon flakes? Temps are certainly there, 25F...
  6. You may be losing it. Personally I haven't seen a good brush fire and want to cross it off my list. Let the winds, low DPs and possible flurries continue... 25F
  7. I would take a mighty cool rainy April and May so Summer will be postponed as long as possible because it never fails. Why have that hot junk come in early especially since the "new" Summer ramps right into late Sept/early Oct....Fall arrives mid Nov.
  8. Pretty sure Birds realize spring is coming because of the length of day / sunlight. It could probably be cold as balls out but as long as the sun/ daylight is progressively longer they will start arriving. Same goes with fall and shorter days, they will start heading south. Overall they understand seasons are changing due to sunlight or lack of sunlight. They may be a little late or a little early to the party but they know it's coming....
  9. Rematch in the Finals, Thurs 8pm....Trump should attend.
  10. I remember it breaking through at times but not actually sunny. Maybe it was and I was so depressed I went to bed and called it a day...
  11. I think this is the one where chopper 6 was in the air/clouds showing the dividing line between heavy snow and nothing. You could literally see the line in the air. I was out of my mind seeing SNJ getting hammered and just cloudy at my location (Horsham). Really couldn't understand it at the time...
  12. We had clippers much more often than now and 2-4" - 3-6" was the norm and I would get pissed at only 1-3" in the early to mid 80's. We did have some cold outbreaks during this period as well. (Philly -7, 1/22/84 and 1/17/82)
  13. Cecily going with zilch for everyone except extreme South Jersey. Even there maybe a coating to a inch or so...
  14. Didn't know that...I thought "Accu Weather" was "Accu Weather" and the same prediction on radio and TV.
  15. More times than not they're correct. Not saying they will be this time but overall...I'll give Cecily a call.
  16. We didn't even get a bye for the playoffs this year. Next year, I want that first round bye dammit! First and foremost!
  17. Not only that, difficult schedule and forget about the 1:00 p.m. games. Will be late prime time games, Sunday night games, Thursday night games, Monday night games and maybe Thanksgiving or Christmas. And Super bowl winners usually lose an offensive or defensive coordinator which they did. Hurts has had a new offensive coordinator just about every year. As far as the draft they have seven picks in the first five rounds...
  18. Wouldn't get your hopes up. One tick is not a trend but hopefully it's on to something...
  19. Not sure of 100 years but it's got to be at least several decades. Maybe a Met can chime in...
  20. If the trend continues this year you'll still be below your average yearly snowfall once again. Some below average yearly snowfall sucks more than others but bottom line you'll be below average again.
  21. I didn't go that low because we did have cold, wind, snow on the ground for much of the winter in one place or another and that crazy ass New Year's Eve night system with wind rain and hail. As far as snow, F-. I wouldn't even call most of the events we saw this year nickel and dime. More like penny events with totals we measured in the tenths... pathetic.
