I'm starting to get that bad taste in my mouth like last year. Not that I believe NBC10 100% but their 10 day forecast I saw this morning made want to vomit. No snow chances, washout NYE/New years day, temps 40+/50+ and even a 62F on NYE. Not that their forecast will pan out but just seeing it made me ill... 28F

Still have snow piles and such (a week),pretty good lasting and not even Christmas yet. The sleet layer definitely helped... 45F/sunny

Cloudy (why would you want sun?) + snowpack/w/sleet on top + not blow torch temps.= frozen piles last longer which is cool. 29F...@ 6am, still some good snow mounds in parking lots and side streets up here.....tomorrow will be a buzzkill though.

Yep. I had a morning (pre 5am) paper route between the age of 11-14. So when a storm started around that time it was a real treat. I would be riding my Huffy under street lights and when I noticed the first flakes begin to trickle down, I flipped out with excitement! Then the intensity increased... 35F/light rain

Totally agree. It's all about placement. In my younger years, I had street lights which were just about perfect which was excellent as well. 36F...blob of stuff developing/approaching from the W.
