  1. Literally a 50-100 mile shift from making this epic for most of us
  2. We still did incredibly well for Boxing Day and those winds were wild but more precip to of course but I still think we can manage 12:1
  3. Literally a couple hours off it’s a lot closer then you’d think
  4. Ratios will probably be 12:1 8-12 is a solid bet nyc east with the potential for 12+ a hair away with still 0z and 6z to see a big improvement
  5. Barley a 100 mile shift and maybe an hour or 2 difference in closing off all within reach

  8. If I’m wrong I’m wrong but I’m willing to bet a lot of us wake up to one or at least by afternoon tomorrow depending on 00z if current forecast holds up and down jersey shore and nyc east
  9. Yes and uptons zone forecast have alot of us gusting 25-35+ sustained

  12. Don’t see how costal jersey nyc east isn’t in a blizzard warning by tomorrow morning. In fact I’d bet on it we easily will hit blizzard criteria
  13. Not the best trends at 12z we’re getting to the point where we need to see jumps not ticks
  14. If other models continue to hold or tick west gfs complete outlier
  15. We’re legit miles away and hours away from 12++
  16. Nothings certain can be a major snowstorm or nothing. Stop talking in absolutes because some models trended better and some held serve and suck
  17. Def an opportunity to climb to but not a bad starting point at all
  18. Agree it’s kinda on its own, and historically doesn’t the gfs usually struggle with EC snow storms?
  19. Huge 12z runs today, let’s bring it back in a big way
