  1. 1.5” in Columbia pending the last band that will move through shortly.
  2. Well it did mostly collapse as it got to the cities and suburbs. Just under a tenth.
  3. Thunder here from a small cell that popped just to my south. No rain yet.
  4. Bring it on @yoda. Hope it makes it here. Seems like latest hrrr and NAM dissipate it before it gets to us mostly.
  5. 3k NAM and hrrr both bring a decaying mcs through the area around sunset.
  6. Four different brief showers today totaled up to 0.05”.
  7. That looks intense. Major flood threat.
  8. Big outflow on that Frederick county cell.
  9. Over 1”. Some more thunder now.
  10. Almost 4”/hr rain rates according to the nearby PWS. First thunder just now also.
  11. First shower pops up over my house!!
  12. New hrrrrr bullseyes MBY. I’m hugging. Pwats are 2”+. Whomever gets underneath a cell is gonna get dumped on.
  13. Hope I can get in on some of that. My yard needs it.
  14. Going to be some weird storm motions today. 3k has things going S—N and even SE—NW.
  15. 0.25”. Meh. I’ll take it because it’s been very dry the last 10-12 days, but I need like 3-4 times that much. Hopefully we get some more storms tomorrow. Gfs looks bullish, but NAM has really backed off.
  16. Nice shelf cloud in HoCo before the storm hit. Heavy rain now.
  17. I think it helps. I did that last year. Of course we also had 80” of rain last year so YMMV.
  18. 3k is bullish for a mcs to roll through this evening
  19. Columbia friends...please tell me we got more than the 0.03” the PWS near me recorded. I was in Pasadena where it was a deluge. Rained out baseball.
  20. Yeah that must have been it. Temp did drop with them.
  21. Seems like something’s gone fluky with the BWI ASOS. Hottest temp yesterday and already over 90 today.
  22. Outflow boundaries collided in Howard County and apparently each just kept going like nothing happened? Weird.
