  1. 45/21 with sprinkles. Excited for my 37F rain.
  2. Let me have a few more beers and I’ll let you know
  3. Still some snow around in shady north facing areas. Obviously lots of piles.
  4. I find the “long range thread topic philosophy” discussion really uninteresting, but still way more interesting than “long range thread moderation philosophy” discussions of the past.
  5. If people don’t want to track winter anymore, it’s very easy to not open the long range thread.
  6. Well I’m feeling pretty optimistic on this year. Going to take a real vacation, eat inside at restaurants, let the kids stay with their grandparents, go to our neighborhood pool, etc.
  7. I had over 7” on the spring equinox in 2018. That was quite impressive.
  8. It’s the kind of philanthropy I’m built for: sitting on my ass in front of a computer in sweats.
  9. Great! We got 1 more for our pregnant sister-in-law who works in the Harford County school system.
  10. Nice! Got 2 more appointments for friends. Although I slightly misspelled one of their names...hopefully that's not a huge deal?
  11. I demand a recount! And I need RIC to find some more snow. @RIC Airport, need you to make that happen.
  12. I think this happened to me as well. I opened my window this morning and looked at my car and it was pretty clearly behind where it was parked before. There was a clear outline of snow with my car about 6ft behind it. I was baffled.
  13. Yup, we just tried again and it's all booked. 7am is the time, that's when new appointments drop. We ended up getting 5 appointments for friends and family 65+.
  14. FYI...vaccine appointments at M&T Bank stadium available now. Hurry. covidvax.maryland.gov. Was able to schedule 3 folks we know over 65 already.
  15. You know it! Super light, long blades, and rotate them VERY fast.
  16. I want @mappy to contour every 1".
  17. Yes, a rain garden is a great idea. And plant native plants!!
  18. It's very unusual. I think largely due to the fact that the cities and 95 corridor didn't have 1 pure snowstorm this year. Every single one has mixed. If we had a uniform 4-7" storm once even, that would have smoothed some of these gradients.
  19. Definitely a much stronger gradient than usual. Hell, I have 6-7" more than BWI.
  20. I think you have to have done a little better than me. I'm now at 17" for the season and I'd wager you're more like 20"? But the bigger difference has been between us and Sykesville area. You've definitely done better than your old house in Elkridge though I'd say.
