    I think Anne Arundel did the early dismissal first and I get it for them with the coastal flood issues. The other MD counties though are mostly follow the leader.

    Started back up as all snow in Columbia. Can we do anything with it??

    We definitely could have had something measurable at least if we could have sustained moderate rates for more than 15-20 minutes. This lull might kill those chances.
