  1. If this was a winter storm, I’d be pretty pissed. Lot of betwixt and between with mist and drizzle.
  2. Simple is better sometimes. Doesn’t make sense.
  3. That’s awful to hear @PrinceFrederickWx. Hope he recovers quickly.
  4. That convergence band is stubbornly remaining away. Still under 1” total for the event with a constant mist/drizzle.
  5. I use Merlin for sound ID. Really helpful .
  6. Love they got win 81 last night. One more tonight! Extra sweet with all the Yankees fan tears whining when judge isn’t given some middle-middle meatball to hit. Cry more losers!
  7. Had a little over 0.8” when I checked an hour ago
  8. If anyone is interested in these tickets, please PM me.
  9. Yeah, I thought about them aiming to get 5 in. Oh well…we aren’t going down there either way.
  10. Flurries have started. Not accumulating yet.
  11. I talked to my friend and we are bagging it. I don’t see how they play tonight. Already raining.
  12. The game or the early cancellation? They moved tomorrow nights game to today already.
  13. I’d really appreciate it if the Nats could cancel tonight’s game before I start driving down there.
  14. Next weekend looks like a legit early season cold front. First freeze for outer burbs and rural areas seems possible.
  15. Looks like this is manifesting in our rain forecast with both an earlier start tonight and the secondary low hanging around in our area and bringing rain Sunday-Monday. That second part has been the tough forecast. Esrlier start and a break tomorrow afternoon is good news for my mother in laws birthday party. But bad news for me sitting out at the Nats-Phillies game tonight
  16. Limping to the end. Really needed to win today and they blew it again.
  17. It wasn’t on an island at all. Rest of the globals supported it and gfs was on the island. Looks like gfs will win now.
  18. 12z gfs and GGEM both are close to freezing for the outer burbs the weekend of October 8
  19. Fall is here and it's time to open up this year's contest. You are forecasting the first day the temperature reaches 32F at BWI, IAD, DCA, and RIC. Tiebreaker is highest temperature at DCA in October. This thread will lock at midnight October 7th so you have about a week! Happy freezing!
  20. Other guidance trended more toward the GFS solution than anything else overnight with that second round pushed south and diminished. That part is still a wild card. First round of rain looks basically locked in .
