    No. That map just stopped prematurely. Seeing the heavy axis way down in southern VA alarmed me. I'm still a bit concerned that areas south have been precipitating for hours while we have nothing. The precip is streaming east to west.

    There are a number of companies that do it, though I'm sure it's much cheaper if she paid some kids in her neighborhood. I'd search the 'whats happening in winchester' Facebook group.
