And the lowest temperature at OKV in the past 3 days is 59. The lowest forecasted in the next 7 is 58. That takes us to Oct 13th.

No, that's a tough feat for us in the middle of January . But it's not too much to expect some lows and dewpoints in the 40s in Mid October.

Very close to the 3" mark in the gage. That was a nice event. Feels great outside this morning. Would have been nice to have had some of the rain I've received the last 4 weeks (about 8") spread over the previous 12.
