    I was in Front Royal, but I didn't measure back then. I don't recall how much the northern valley got, but certainly not totals that were seen further south. Crazy river flooding.

    Final: 5.6" Last night was one for the ages. That's twice the amount I received for the entire period from memorial day to yesterday morning. Remarkable, on both fronts. It's close to what Sandy dropped here, which is the most of precip I've seen in my cognizant lifetime.

    No doubt the Shenandoah will flood. And we just saved a potentially devastating fire season. This is the event we've been needing for years in western VA.

    Certainly the biggest event here since Sandy. Debbie may be going down in history for the Shenandoah Valley.

    Still drizzle and intermittent light rain. Getting tired of this.

    Look at PWS's in the area and you'll quickly realize it's Stephens City. Lol. It's probably the lowest total in the Valley.

    Unbelievable. Not even a drop. Looked impressive until it got on the doorstep, then split and went north and south. You can't script this. It doesn’t matter what direction it comes it can't rain here of any significance.

    There is a split between a cell about to inundate winchester and another coming through front royal about to waterboard Strasburg yet again. Right now that gap is directly east of me. Let's see what happens.
