  1. Made it to 17 with a very heavy frost. More accumulated frozen stuff than we had the other day lol
  2. Down to 23 already. High was 34 for about 45 minutes this afternoon.
  3. Not a thing stuck here in Foscoe. A mile up the hill is absolutely gorgeous, though. Ole "no snow" Foscoe living up to it's name.
  4. Steadiest snow of the event rigjt now but stuck at 33
  5. Paltry rates since it switched over. Gonna have to see either bigger or more flakes to start sticking.
  6. Finally over to snow at 36.0. Let's see what we can do.
  7. Down to 37.9 and still falling quick. Should change soon.
  8. Temp has stalled at 45 at the house and 43 here at the store in Blowing Rock. Hoping for a change around 7-8pm. Still plenty of moisture to swing through and should see some backfill with that weak low getting going over the coastal plain.
  9. Anybody heard from the cold front? Still 51 here in Blowing Rock LOL
  10. Yeah 1-3" above 3kft seems more likely. I'm here for anything tbh.
  11. HRRR agrees on the burst of snow at the back. Actually changes 5kft and up over to snow by mid afternoon tomorrow
  12. Brad Panovich posted this from I assume their in house model. Good look.
  13. Yeah there has been a trend on the GFS/euro towards the cold outrunning the moisture a bit and a switchover to snow before precip ends. Interesting look I'm curious to see where it goes.
  14. Yep. Got a solid dusting here which is more than I expected. We get skunked in the hole here in Foscoe on a lot of these NW flow events so anything more than a flurry is a win.
  15. Dumping snow up here on Beech. Quickly picked up a dusting.
  16. I wondered about this little clipper today. Probably gonna have to head up to Roan on Wednesday morning with thunder a possibility....
  17. 13 here in Foscoe. I'm cautiously optimistic about that clipper/NWFS potential next week. Some moderate agreement between the Euro/gfs, although I'm rooting for the Euros timing personally. Would love to hit Roan in the snow next Tuesday.
  18. It was 36 and raining when I got to work this morning. Heck of a day to get in 5 pallets of product, first big delivery like that in months. Only managed 1.09" here at the house. Little underwhelming but still a nice dent in the deficit.
  19. 18z gfs has multiple frozen precip chances. Definitely think the El Nino is gonna take over soon.
  20. Looking like this coastal low into the weekend might finally shake up the pattern a bit. Both the gfs/euro looking much cooler in the extended.
  21. Actually managed 0.32" today. Nice slow soak will help with the fire issues in the county.
