    My wife always wanted to take the fam to Acadia for summer vacation. And I would not do it. I don’t want to go a cold summer climate to vacation . It’s a beautiful area . But I’m not vacationing somewhere that requires hoodies and likely won’t get above 72. I’ll go there in the fall sure . When I’m not in summer mode .

    No congrats here locally as just some leaves and branches down . The highest winds split Tolland north and south. But to have 50k out of power statewide this morning from a derecho is pretty nice

    Kind of had a split here. If you look at radar . One went north and one south. Had a gust to I’d say 50 ish . Branches hitting house off trees etc. but nothing I haven’t seen a bunch of times. Good storm to be sure. But the elusive killer whale got off my line yet again. Until next time .
